MOUNT SOLON – Red Wing Roots Music Festival is now in its seventh year and will take place at Mount Solon’s Natural Chimneys Park July 12 through 14. 

The festival is the brainchild of the local band The Steel Wheels and is focused on finger picking, bluegrass, American roots music. It is also a way to bring the band back to the area, their home, each summer. It started in 2013.
