GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – The country’s longest-running local telethon returns this weekend with a fresh lineup of entertainment and powerful stories of hope from families helped by CP in Green Bay.
The 65th CP Telethon is March 2-3 on WBAY. This year’s host is Charlie Berens of “Manitowoc Minute” fame.

Entertainment includes Let Me Be Frank Productions, Johnny Wad, Separate Ways, N.E.W. Piano Guys, Blake Matthews, Annex and 7000 Apart. They’ll rock out in the WBAY auditorium, 115 S. Jefferson St.
In 2018, the telethon raised a record-breaking $1.4 million for CP. We’d like to raise even more in 2019.
Proceeds support CP’s services. They include therapy, adult day services, childcare and the aquatic center.
“We consider ourselves a community resource, that really we are open to anybody that needs our help. Not everybody may have cause to use our services in the future, but everybody can rally around the human spirit, and that’s really what CP is about,” says Kristen Paquet, CP Director of Marketing and Communications.
CP Telethon hours on WBAY:
Saturday, March 2: 6:30 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Sunday, March 3: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
