MARION – With a little bit of the blues, Shaun England played the Marion Art Center Friday night with his band, in a standing-room-only performance.
With Chris Poudrier on drums, Pedro Verdugo on bass and Bill Duffy on piano, the band was joined by special guest jazz guitarist Jim Robitaille.
A Wareham resident, England has been lauded as a “master at creating thought provoking niche music,” in “I Am Entertainment Magazine.” Robitaille has also been praised in media, as “front runner for debut of the year,” in the U.K. magazine, “Jazz Views.”
