Four drug overdoses in 24-hours confirmed in Jefferson County
JEFFERSON COUNTY, N.Y. (WWTI) — Jefferson County Public Health Service has reported a substantial spike in drug overdoses in the over the last 24-hours.
JCPHS has reported four overdoses in the last day throughout Jefferson County. The health service also alerts any individuals using drugs, including marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine and heroin that they could contains lethal amounts of the toxin fentanyl.

No increase in COVID-19 cases in Jefferson County Thursday
JEFFERSON COUNTY, N.Y. (WWTI) – No new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Jefferson County on Thursday.
There have been 225 positive confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the county since the start of the pandemic.
