The 15th annual Pleasantville Music festival will be held on July 13. The all-day event has a mix of artists from varying genres who perform on three stages, the Chill Tent, Party Stage and Main Stage.

“As always, we try to provide a tasty mix of various genres of music, with an eye also on the varying ages of the folks who come every year,” said festival director Bruce Figler, who also works as weekend music host on 107.1 The Peak. “A little something for everyone.”

1. Who are the headliners?

Soul Asylum: The alt-rock band is best known for its Grammy-winning 1993 hit “Runaway Train.” Their most recent album is 2016’s “Change of Fortune.” The band is actively touring with shows across the U.S. this summer. www.soulasylum.com.

Everclear: Nineties alt-rockers are perhaps best know for their ’90s hits “Santa Monica” and “Wonderful Now.” The band continues to record, and tour, with new music, including  2015’s “Black Is The New Black.” www.everclearmusic.com

Aimee Mann: Former lead singer and bassist of ’80s band ‘Til Tuesday, singer-songwriter and Grammy winner Mann released her debut solo album, “Whatever,” in 1993. She released her ninth solo album, “Mental Illness,” in 2017. aimeemann.com

Swahoogie: According to its website, local favorite Swahoogie, “has been a shifting collective of musicians who have lent their talents to the Swahoogie cause since the 1990s.” The band has released five recordings and performs throughout the New York area. www.swahoogie.com

Bailen: A New York City band that includes two brothers, one sister, great songs and beautiful harmonies. www.bailentheband.com

Other performers: Matthew Sweet, ’90s guitarist and pop-rocker best known for his song “Girlfriend”; Peekskill native Dean Friedman, known for his ’70s chart-topper “Ariel”; alt-folk artist Alex Cano; folk-rockers the Bruce T. 2. When is the Pleasantville Music Festival? 

The Pleasantville Music Festival takes place from noon-9 p.m. July 13. Gates open at 11 a.m.

3. What if it rains?

The festival is rain or shine.

4. Where is the Pleasantville Music Festival? 

It takes place at Parkway Field off Marble Avenue in Pleasantville. The site is accessible via The Saw Mill River Parkway and Metro-North. There is no parking on-site and limited parking in the surrounding area, so concert-goers must park off-site at nearby Pace University and take a free shuttle bus to the concert grounds.

5. How much are tickets? 

Until July 13, tickets are $50 for adults (22-64), $30 seniors (65+), $30 students (12-21) and children under 12 are free. Day of events, tickets are $65, $35, $30. 6. Is there food?

Yes, the festival includes food and drink vendors, a beer and wine garden for the adults, and kids activities.

7. What about parking? 

There is no parking available at Parkway field. Concert-goers can park at nearby Pace University and take a free shuttle.

8. Good to know 

Only low backed chairs are allowed. There is a large shade tent set up so individual umbrellas are discouraged. If you must bring one, you will be restricted to sitting in the back field area. No outside alcohol is allowed. No smoking and no pets.
