The Mike Boone Jazz Quintet concert scheduled for Thursday night at Cooper River Park has been cancelled due to inclement weather in the forecast, Camden County officials announced. A new date for the show has not yet been set.
“In addition to the continuing extreme heat, the current forecast calls for more storms and rain this evening,” Freeholder Deputy Director Ed McDonnell, liaison to the Camden County Department of Special Events, said. “While we are always focused on bringing Camden County residents a variety of new, exciting activities during the summer, our first priority is always the safety of our guests and residents.”
