‘Donate Dinner’ with KOIN 6 News this holiday season
PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — KOIN 6 News employees will be at local grocery stores in Hillsboro and Portland on Saturday to spread the word about the Meals on Wheels Donate Dinner holiday drive.
With the Donate Dinner drive, people have the opportunity to donate a dinner to a homebound senior when they do their holiday shopping in the 5 days leading up to Thanksgiving. Donations reached a whopping total of $250,000 in 2018.

Help a local food pantry buy Christmas gifts for families in need
PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A local food pantry lost its funding to purchase presents for families in need this Christmas and they are asking for your help.
