After a brief thunderstorm, the Stevee Wellons Band stormed the stage and entertained the crowd Thursday with a selection of rock and soul music. It was the third installment in Steubenville’s Summer Concert Series, and Bill Toms & Hard Rain was scheduled for the second half of the musical twin bill. Next up is Gospel Music Night, planned for 6:30 p.m. Sunday.
